Meet the team
Joshua "The Spartan" Stanley
Josh, hailing from Henderson, KY, is the founder and creator of Spartan Productions. The company's namesake is a callback to Josh's nickname, The Spartan, which he earned during his career as a "well below average" professional MMA fighter by being stubborn and tenacious in and out of the cage.
Josh explored the areas of video production on and off throughout his upbringing, but really became serious about it while on staff at his local church. During this time, he discovered the power of creative communication in amplifying an individual's unique purpose and mission. Thus, Spartan Productions was born.
Today, Josh and Spartan Productions work tirelessly to leverage that power in pursuit of building a world where purpose-driven people refuse to be overlooked, but instead see their mission multiplied through creative storytelling and communication.
When Josh isn't behind the camera or in the studio editing, he loves to travel, spend time with his wife and three kids, and connect with his faith community.
