Send a few project details, then choose a 20-minute discovery call. Share who you need to reach, what you want them to understand, and what success would look like.
Get a clear plan
After discovery, receive a creative brief with the approach, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Once you approve it, we plan the shoot and help you prepare.
Put your story to work
Receive the finished pieces we planned together. That may be one film, a set of campaign assets, or recurring feature videos with supporting content.

Why isn’t pricing listed?
Because a 60-second brand film for a local shop and a multi-location campaign aren’t the same job. Your discovery call helps us understand the project. Afterward, Josh sends a creative brief with the approach, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.
Where do you work?
We’re based in Henderson, KY, and work across the Evansville–Henderson Tri-State. We travel for the right project.
How fast is turnaround?
Delivery dates depend on the project and are agreed in your proposal, along with scope and revisions.
What will we receive?
Your creative brief lists the finished videos, photos, formats, and any supporting content included in the project. If you need raw footage or specific usage rights, raise that during discovery so it can be addressed in your agreement.
Can you edit footage I already have?
Yes. If you already have footage, we can help turn it into a finished film or fresh content. Share what you have and what you want it to do; we’ll review the material and recommend an approach in your creative brief.
Can we do a single project before committing to a plan?
Yes. You can hire Spartan for a single project. If you need ongoing content later, we can build a monthly plan around what you learned and where you want to go.
